For small businesses

Who's keeping track of the fire alarm service?

If you run a shop, a workshop or an office, or keep a few vans on the road, Trivet tells you what's due, reminds you before it is, and keeps the certificates in one place.

Free for 90 days, with no card needed.

What it looks like for you

Tell us what's in your building and we suggest the checks that fit. If you employ people, we add your employers' liability insurance renewal too.

Shops and offices

The fire risk assessment, fire alarm and emergency lighting tests, the electrical report (EICR), portable appliance checks and your insurance renewals, each with its own reminder.

Renting your premises

Your landlord may look after the gas or the wiring. Get a yearly reminder to ask for the latest gas safety record, and keep the certificates they send you in one place.

Vans and cars

Walkaround checks on a phone, defects and off-road status, MOT and tax dates looked up for you, and your drivers in one list.

More about Fleet

Trivet was built first for charities and community groups. Buildings and Fleet work the same for a business. Governance is for trustees and committees, so most businesses won't need it, but it comes with the same price if you do.

What it costs

No VAT is charged.

£50 a year per site

Paid yearly. Each building you look after is a site.
