What it does
- Add your hall, rooms or vehicles, and choose who can book each one.
- Members book in the app, and you can ask for bookings to be approved first.
- A calendar that shows what’s booked and when.
- Check a vehicle out before a trip and back in afterwards.
- Take payment for bookings through your own Stripe account, if you want to. The money goes straight to you.
- £50 a year for each thing people can book, the same for every organisation.
Bookings
£50 a year per bookable thing
Paid yearly. Each hall, room, vehicle or other thing people can book counts. There's no charity or Scout Group price for Bookings.
Free for 90 days, with everything else. After that, if Bookings isn't paid for, your bookings stay and you can still see them, but no new ones can be made.
Taking payment needs your own Stripe account, under Stripe’s own terms.

Sign in and answer four questions about your organisation. There's no card to enter. When the 90-day trial ends, choose what to pay for, or carry on with the free plan. Nothing is deleted.
