The free trial

Every new organisation gets 90 days of everything, free, with no card needed. We remind the owner 14 days and 3 days before it ends.

If you don't choose a plan, you move to the free plan. Nothing is deleted, and you can still use and edit everything. You just can't add more than 1 site, 1 vehicle and 10 members. Bookings becomes read-only until it's paid for. Your bookings stay and you can still see them, but no new ones can be made.

How to pay

You can pay by Direct Debit, card, or an invoice, paid by bank transfer. Invoices are due within 30 days. Direct Debit is the default, because it keeps the fees, and so our prices, low.

Need a purchase order? Buy prepaid credit with an invoice. We use it against your bills, and if you close your account we refund what's left when you ask.

Questions

How does the charity or Scout Group price work?

When you choose a plan, your organisation's owner tells us whether it's a charity, a Scout Group or neither, and confirms that's true. The price follows from that. Charities don't have to be registered: excepted and unregistered charities count.

We may ask for evidence, such as a charity number. If an organisation isn't eligible, the standard price applies from the next billing period.

We're an unincorporated group. Can we use it?

Yes. Many clubs, community groups, small charities and Scout Groups are unincorporated associations. The person who sets up your organisation accepts our terms on its behalf, and confirms they have the authority to do so.

How do we cancel?

You can stop at any time, from Billing in the app. We don't refund the part of a billing period already started, apart from unused prepaid credit. If you stop paying, you move to the free plan and nothing is deleted.

We give at least 30 days' notice by email of any price change, so you can cancel first.

Can we take our data with us?

Yes. Your organisation's data belongs to you. Export all of it at any time from Data and privacy in Settings, as CSV lists and the original files.

If your owner deletes the organisation, it's deleted 30 days later, and the owner or an admin can cancel the deletion until then.

Do you charge VAT?

No VAT is charged. Trent GECO Limited isn't registered for VAT, so the prices here are what you pay.

Try it free for 90 days

Sign in and answer four questions about your organisation. There's no card to enter. When the 90-day trial ends, choose what to pay for, or carry on with the free plan. Nothing is deleted.
