Tell Trivet about the place you look after and it suggests the checks it needs. Then it reminds you, keeps the certificates and shows your trustees or committee where things stand.

What it does
- Fire, gas, electrics, legionella, asbestos and more, each with a due date, suggested from what’s in your building.
- Reminders by email and in the app before each check is due, and again if it’s overdue.
- Record each check when it’s done, and keep the certificate or report with it.
- A premises safety self-check to work through at your own pace. Anything that needs doing becomes an action.
- More than one building? Each one has its own checks and certificates.
- A trustee report that shows what’s up to date and what still needs doing.
