For charities and community groups

For the volunteers who keep the place running

Village halls, churches, clubs, community transport: if you look after a building, a minibus or a board of trustees, Trivet helps you keep on top of it.

Free for 90 days, with no card needed.

What it looks like for you

Choose the parts you need. Tell us what's in your building and we suggest the checks that fit, so you don't start from a blank page.

Village and community halls

The fire risk assessment, alarm tests, emergency lighting, gas and electrical checks, the play area and the premises licence, each with its own reminder.

More about Buildings

More about Governance

Clubs and societies

What it costs

Compliance and Governance is one price per site. What you pay depends on what kind of organisation you are. No VAT is charged.

Charities

£25 a year per site

Paid yearly. Registered or not: excepted and unregistered charities pay this too.

Organisations that aren't charities

£50 a year per site

Paid yearly. Clubs, societies, community groups and businesses that aren't charities.

  • Fleet is £1 per vehicle per week, billed monthly.
  • Bookings is £50 a year per bookable thing, the same for every organisation.
  • When you choose a plan, your organisation's owner tells us which price applies. We may ask for evidence, such as a charity number.
